"Crédit au LSD" is a song about mental health and the feeling that everything around you seems beautiful, while internally, you're not doing well. The song came about during a phase known as "writer's block"—when, as an artist, you're unable to create. During that time, I was also struggling mentally.
One day, I came across an article that talked about how LSD could boost creativity. This got me thinking about the temptation of such substances, especially for artists.
That’s when I sat down and wrote "Crédit au LSD." The article made me realize a personal challenge: to never turn to drugs as a way to overcome writer's block or feelings of being lost. The title is deliberately provocative, aiming to spark controversy and highlight that you don't need drugs to pull yourself out of a mental low.
